Harvey hails from Milford, DE. He began his college career at Wesley College, but joined the U.S. Navy which halted his academics. After the Navy he met his wife while they both worked at DuPont in Seaford. Married now for 57 years, the Kenton family has expanded to 3 children, their significant others, and 6 grandchildren. Harvey is retired from the DE House of Representatives and will turn 80 this fall making this accomplishment a very proud moment for him and his family.
